The new (the 38th) issue of the “VESTNIK ANALITIKI” journal appeared on the 9th of December.
"To discuss a problem of new European security architecture is to discuss much more serious issue – that of Russia’s attitude towards the West (while it is unified) and the West’s attitude towards Russia. Russia is being positioned vis-à-vis the West and thus is being detected its national identity. The West, meanwhile, is solving its eternal dilemma, whether genuine partnership with Russia is possible, or not? Earlier, at turning-points of world history, the West, as is known, solved this dilemma not to Russia’s favor. All the West - Russia coalitions, without an exception, finally collapsed - and the fault was not ours..."
