Yet one has to take note of the fact that contrary to the original Cold War, at present we are not confronted with antagonistic and mutually exclusive socioeconomic models but rather with different modes of democratic governance. The market economy is not at stake. And moreover, who actually pursues its values in an offensive - and at times even aggressive - way?"
