On June 8^th, 2007, the Russian Academy of Sciences Institute of Europe hosted the scientific training conference on The Black Sea Cooperation: Towards the Partnership of the 21^st Century, attended by well-known Russian scientists and officials, foreign embassies staffers and think tank researchers. The conference was sponsored by the RAS Institute of Europe, the Institute of Strategic Studies and Analysis (ISOA, Moscow) and the Megatrend University (Beograd).
